ohio laws on mandarins and wood ducks

i was wondering to what the laws are on keeping a pair of wood ducks as pets
what would the laws be if i decided to sell them
please and thanks

i got quail chickens and ginnies
breeds are  ba roo 5 ee 8 cochin 2 lite bramas 1 seramie chick 1 silker mix 2 silver sebrites 2 buff sebrites 2 silkies 3 ginnies

as far as federal wise, you don't have to have anything to buy/sell/own mandarins. When you get the wood ducks the seller will provide you with a transfer permit just saying they were sold legally from a licensed breeder and you won't be required to own anything else to keep them. iF you want to sell them you have to get a federal migratory sale and disposal permit witch i think is $70 or so, i maybe off on the price. g http://www.fws.gov/migratorybirds/mbpermits/regulations/regulations.html then overview- > http://www.fws.gov/migratorybirds/mbpermits/ActSummaries.html

I would recommend getting at least the mandarins. don't have the wood ducks yet.
