**Splash Silkies - Pictures**

Here's a couple pictures of some of my young splash silkies I took this afternoon. What do you think of the coloring? Never had splash before.

pretty i have 2 splash chicks cant wait till summer smile

Mother to a 4yr old, 3 dogs, cat, Blue Black Buff Lavender and Paint Silkies, Pair of Easter Eggers, and Rabbits. God is Great!

Beautiful!

The 2nd and 4th picture almost look like lavenders... Not splash.

Muddyhorse! Loving my splashes. No fertile eggs yet. tongue Stinkin fluff butts.

Interesting, I was thinking #4 looked more like a light blue? idunno

I agree with the light blue... primaries are dark so I wouldn't think lavender...

I agree with the light blue... primaries are dark so I wouldn't think lavender...


I'm thinking the same, #4 also has a soft coloring to it, relaxing nearly. tongue

This is my light blue hen, she was kinda like those when she was that age.

So blues can come in different shades? I have some birds, they hatched out and looked like blue chicks, but as they are getting older, im thinking they might be blacks.
