Look at the color variation in these two sisters. They're 3 months old. I can't believe the difference. I feel like lavender is a gene that doesn't vary much in color. But I love them!

Gorgeous birds!! I am wondering if there is a breed standard to reference for the Lavender Orpingtons? I am getting 3 pullets and a roo, hopefully this weekend, and I am trying to familiarize myself with the 'do's and don'ts' if I am going to breed them. Any help/links/guides would be wonderful!!

I would think the standard would be the same for all Orpingtons.
