I will be asking more questions about the chicks, as they grow, so really appreciate your feedback!

Sheila :)

Hey Sheila...I too am from PNW. I have just started my serama breeding groups. It really takes longer than a couple weeks. I am actually keeping everyone until next spring - other than the obvious DQs. They need to grow out to see how they will develop. I sure love the seramas.

Love my misc layers. Love my Orps; blacks and working on lavendars. On the other side of the "size spectrum":  My beautiful Seramas. Going to start showing in 2012. I hope to learn lots.

I love this!

I haven't quite made anything like this, yet. I just hang a feather duster from the side.

I also have the exact same chicken beanie baby.

I too have the same beanie baby.

Froggie:  This is absolutely hilarious...functional...but hilariuous.

New pics taken today of my July 2, 2012 babies! I think they are adorable. :D I might be biased.

Starting off with Sephiroth, the smallest of the bunch. He is my little man, and I love this little guy!

Then Alice (named after Alice Cooper) who is actually the LARGEST of the bunch, and with Seramas, largest is relative LOL!

700

Dali, my handsome white mottled/tricolor boy...he wanted to sit on my hand for his photo!

700

Slash, the bi-colored black and white boy (love his pattern)

700

Marilyn the silkied baby (fluffster deluxe!!)

700

Ava, who hated the photoshoot... crouching is the best thing to do when you're pretty sure you're gonna be eaten by the flashy box Mom is pointing at you

700

and Raquel, who was just as excited about having her picture taken. My girls do not enjoy paparazzi.

Here are Pip & Squeak.  Do you think they might be Seramas?

Pip is the same size as my white doves.

I LOVE the names! They have pink legs, I believe they are OEGB. Also the back is too long for serama. But they sure are cute! love.gif

Thanks for the replies.  They are super sweet, and make the funiest noises.  I picked them up at an auction, where everyone only wanted egg or meat birds, so they were overlooked.  They are now our "house" chickens :)
