are guinea good to eat?

These two that I processed cuts my flock down to 25.
Thought I could sell some of them.
Had some friends ask about them, Sent word two weeks ago that I would take $5. apiece for up to 12 of them and no response.
I'll process more of them to reduce flock before I lower price any more.
