Slow going is so true. I have a single cayuga egg from my 1st hatching attempt now on day 28 that just internally pipped. The waiting is driving me crazy!!

Thanks. Things are slow going for now. I should just be happy with the pips, but I get so impatient waiting on those little peepers. You know how these things go though slow slow slow, wait wait wait.
I will let you all know. For now nothing has happened except the pips, but most of my hatches happen overnight anyway so we will see. I think they usually stay in the air cell for up to 24 hours so as long as nothing is wrong with them that first egg should hatch tonight since the first one was pipped when I woke up. Temp is at 99-100 degrees and humidity is at 73-75% lid has been locked down tight no opening what so ever. So wait wait wait again
