Red Skin/ LOsing Feathers on Belly & Chest

I have sort of the same problem with my hen. She is a production red and has a bald spot on her breast and on her rump. Both spots are all red and I see no sign of mites.I put sevin dust in just in case. It's still there. Any advice?

My Reds - all 4 have the same issue. I just brought in grass hay - first time in their lifetime, and this happens. - balding on breast, and rump, a long swath from breast to rump, and then splotchy on the other 2, along same areas. I don't know how to treat the lice/mites. Any advise? Will Seven Dust or the powder

That might be possible, she is missing some feathewrs along her cockscomb. However she has slight redness in between her toes as well.
I know this was quite some time ago, but did you ever figure out what this was or a way to treat it? I just adopted two "mutts" who were hatched from a preschool that are having same issues - including redness between toes, which is very unusual.
I've had various chickens for ten years and this is the first I've seen of this specific belly balding pattern coupled with foot redness. I was actually thinking it might be an internal infection?
