Cranberries For Chickens?

A friend game me some cranraisins for my chickens and they didn't care much for them but they love raisins, I heard just recently not to feed spinach can't remember why though. Mine also like romaine lettuce but meal worms is at the top of the list.

Wow, ya'll are great!! Thanks for all the suggestions! I chopped up a cup of cranberries, let them sit in very hot water for 15 minutes then mixed it in with their warm oatmeal & yogurt. They really liked it but I think they would prefer I spoon fed them grapes instead. Tomorrow I'm baking a butternut squash for them. They seem to like pumpkins and squash as long as I bake it first and give it to them when it's still slightly warm. We've been keeping the coop light on until 8 PM and in a weeks time have gone from 2 to 4 eggs a week (from 15 chickens) to 8 today, yipee!!! I'm going back to reread your suggestions and the links too!

I bake oatmeal for them every morning it is about seven degrees outside when I wake up most days there two things to say just around 20 degrees they also got any remnants of veggie soup this morning carrots and bread I must be crazy but I worry about those critters out there a red rat and a great big poop and seem to huddle together during the day any other suggestions I am curious about canned vegetables or vegetable soup I stay away from onions and garlic but they do love their oatmeal

How about mangos and honeydew/ cantaloupe? Igot a fruit salad an don't care for the melons, how about pineapple?
