I GOT A SKELTER!!
Or as DH calls it The Egg Roller Coaster. Sneaky hubby worked with his mom to get it shipped to her house... excellent.
"The Kids" got mom a cute Chickeny Hoodie (thanks Cheryl LOVE IT!), and a wind chime (Hobby Lobby they were half off so only 2.50 grabbed one for our house, MIL's and other SIL)... some old chicken books (thanks Dave)... some snoopy jammie pants and some painted ornaments from Creative Hands.
From MIL&FIL I got a roaster, very nice since my only oven is a toaster oven! Also Omnivore's Dilemma, some slippers picked by DD (sneaky rat kept the cat in the bag), a Smores maker for the microwave, Food Inc DVD and misc little nibbles and such in a stocking. They gave DH new cordless phones, and some nifty little tools (sockets and such) and a power saving power strip that while addressed to him will benefit both so I'm listing them on here too. His folks are SO good to us, no idea where we'd be without them!
SIL&CO a cute pair of Converse-ish shoes... uber comfy too!
$20 from Mom
No idea about From Dad and Co yet since we can't get up to Ark until after Tax Return... either rent a car or with Air Check and Return maybe be able to swing a new (to us) vehicle... think happy "Taurus Tranny Don't Go Out" thoughts please!!
Overall a wonderful year... too many gifts really, but I won't complain about generosity. Mexican dinner at the In Laws was very tastey... Sunday had a turkey dinner here... my turkey didn't thaw so plan B was running to the store and getting a thawed one and hte only one they had was a smoked one... which was YUUUUMMMMY... kinda like turkey and ham all in one. It was great.
