Young chicks that get culled I use as snake food( I have a rainbow boa) 2 birds with one stone kinda thing, If they are too big for that then Its the hatchet but that's DH's job. I have ask him to make a cone to make things easier. It's better to just do it rather than prolong suffering. Good luck and sry about your chick.
