Got hogs down here in Louisiana.

I would say grey fox, based on the black-edged tail. Many greys will have lots of red on them, but they are still noticeably "gray". Also the chest area looks lighter, also indicating grey to me.

Not sure but its cute love. Could you look up fox species in your area & narrow it down by looking at size, shape, & color?

Check my photo back a page or two of a gray fox.  I know it was a gray since I've also seen it around in the daytime plus on some photo, someplace, I do have a red for comparison purposes--just can't locate it amongst the 500 or so game cam photos.sad

7.5 acres in the western Catskill foothills of garden, blueberries, 4 cats plus 20 Black Stars, 12 RIR, 7 EE's, 4 Brown leghorns, 4 BR, a SS and 6 guinea keats,  including one very happy EE rooster. In 33 yrs of keepin' chickens I shoulda learned somethin', but unfortunately I'm addicted to the MCMurray catalog.

This is an awesome thread! I love seeing all the "wild" pics. I wish I had a game cam...

Proud mom of 2 boston terriers, 2 elderly cats, a few silkies, 8 EE's, 2 nigerion dwarf goats,  1 beautiful 8 year old little girl, a beautiful 3 year old little boy, and anything else that comes our way. Married to a wonderful DH that helps and puts up with it all!
