Well.... I am going to try and sell most of them.  Some are to replace my laying flocks from last year.  Some of my pens need more pullets so I can sell hatching eggs.  Hard to do that when I can only get 6 eggs a week hmm.png  They are not all going to hatch... and of what will hatch  1/2 will be roos... so all in all if I kept them all I would only have my replacement flock in one hatch... lau.gif

OK tomorrow  is cookie day  celebrate.gif I'm taking the day off after  15 hours of selling over the past 2 days and 4 hours of driving.Don't get me started on these parents today that commit to something then back out when it becomes work leaving it all for a few.

So,if everyone wants to meet earlier we can.I will have both of my Littles with me so not sure how long we will be staying but long enough for some gossip, fun and food lol.png and we can't forget enough time to enable those needing some "help"

If you can't make it tomorow  and I have your cookies please let me know shortly so I can get them to you along my travels

Red Robbin around 1or noon?

Noon is better for me.  My poor chickens haven't had any time out to free range all week.  The earlier we meet the earlier I can let them out (and y'all are perhaps the only people on the planet that will understand that and not get offended!).

Welcome Leah!

I went by the Franklin TSC awhile ago and they had chicks - just got them in today - black australorp (straight run), black sex link pullets and RIR pullets.  They are expecting more this week.  So I'll stop by again tomorrow or Wednesday and see what's there.

How did the meet-up go yesterday?

My welsummer finally started laying yesterday - and I love the pretty dark eggs!  So glad to finally have a darkish brown egg.
