Does anyone in southern Middle TN (Columbia/Spring Hill/Zion) wanna go for some of those crates?  I have a truck and small flatbed available, but I'd only want 2 - 3 of them....

I envision a world where all chickens will be free to cross roads without having their motives called into question.  -Unknown

These are made from OSB. Large particles of wood chips. Good for interior or roofing but would need several coats of paint to hold up to the rain we get round here. But still their free.

ETA. I should have said roof decking, since it would still need to be covered with shingles or metal roofing .

Tex, I would love 4-6 or so.  I'm kind of on your path from the site in Smyrna.  I would be happy to pay gas money.

Lots A Cluckin;  If your still looking:  LSN May 23rd has what you are looking for.  Last year I bought 5 pullets 1 roo and 12 eggs for about $15 from her all twelve hatched.  I have already sold all but 1 pullet which my wife says I am going to keep.. Her place was easy to find just off the back (Hwy 111) side of Fall Creek Falls State Park.  Don't know where in White Co you are but it might be good for you

Anyone have  Maran pullets?  I could use a few...  I realized that I "need" a few dark brown egg layers....

Did you ever find any silkies?   I found an ad that was posted today on lsn (says they are located in Murfreesboro) for some hatching eggs they have a few different colors starting at $5.00 a dozen you could probably contact them and see if they have any chicks....if they don't they may have sold previously to someone that does.......they post ads all of the time....the number is: 262-391-9216   or they have a website www.grumpygoats.weebly.com              Hope this helps....Thanks, Kandi
