Anybody interested in 6 Swedish Flower Hen chicks.  They hatched last Monday - so they're a week and two days old.  Cute as can be.  I had someone who wanted them - so I separated them from the broody hen.  Then the buyer said she didn't have a brooder and couldn't handle chicks that young.   I have no idea whether they're male/female - they're just the six that I happened to catch first.   So I'm either going to sell them today or put them back with the broody.  PM me if you're interested.  $5 each.

Becky, I am sure you don't want to tote all the birds around the flea market.  If you can give me about an hour notice, I can pack them up and meet you somewhere near the fair grounds.

Well I have started the great sorting for the winter and have 5 or 6 in the sale pen. Hens, Pullets and at least 1 roo. So far just the Black and Blue Copper Marans and 1 Splash. They will be non feathered shanks, mossy, or some other minor flaw that will get them cut. I will not be keeping that many over winter and all of them will be good layers. So if any of you want to add color to your egg basket let me know and if not they will go on Craigs list.
