Lot's of people have posted about Poultry Hollow, and it's a mixed bag of comments. Some folks love them and some hate them, yet others are just happy to get some chickens. You can search them on here and google as well and just read reviews and draw your own opinions I guess.

Thanks.....I'll probably go there and check them out myself, they don't have a minimum and I need pullets not chicks....really really want a SLW and a Polish and they say they have both and I don't know where else to get some that are not chicks.

Its just depending on quality and age. He might have some more blrw hens for sale?
There are only 3 more that I want but since my larger coop is still a month away I have some time. I plan on keeping the smaller one for the new guys and gradually introduce them to the others.
Maybe by then someone on the blog will have some tips on where I can get them or I'll be visiting Foley....

I MAY be making another run that way in a few months. I may go to a chicken show.... if I do I will let you know and see if we can ge you something.

Hey guys, I have over hatched hide.gif I thought I should set everything that came out of my wheaten ams (Blue Wheaten Roo over 2 Wheaten hens) pen and it seems they all want to hatch cool.png BUT now I have way too many chicks and more to hatch..... I will not set anymore.  I am going to put them on CL ( 9 chicks ) with some Splash Cuckoo Marans and EE - Blue Black and White (some are 2nd gen Super Blue Egg Layers but all are Lav Splits)  all are straight run.  I have a few Marans on CL too.

Becky here are your babies!

This second batch some have black spots, what to reg ExL chicks look like?

I have 2 more batches of about 6 each set.  If you don't want them all I may keep some.  The second batch hatched much better than the first one.  I think it was the heat.  I think I have 4 more eggs I could set.  The roo is leaving Friday.  Maybe in the spring I will get another one from you.

My SLW pullet, you can already tell she is going to be a heart stopper...

Here is the SLW cockeral.. He doesnt look so great right now, but it will deffinately get better, and he looks weird the way he is on the roost. he isnt rumpless LOL.. He told me he doesnt like selling his SLW young, because they can turn out to be something he could use.. He told me he sees no faults so far though, I think he kept showing me stuff to see if I would buy something else, and leave the SLW. LOL

Here is his first Generation Chocolate Wyandottes, LF.

They are young to, and I can see they have perfect type.. they are stunning, and even better in sunlight...I love them more and more every time I look at them...

This is the Silver Pencilled Bantams I got too. the pullets are looking stunning, but the cockeral looks so funny right now LOL

OMNOMNOM...Another view of the pullet as she gorges herself in bugs and grass

Now lets waitpop.gif on Donna to flaunt her FLOCK she bought of BLRW...She got his BEST BLRW rooster!!

How old is that SLW pullet?

I think they all are around 5 months.

except the bantams... idk how old they are
