Poultry 4H meeting ideas / leader & parent discussion thread

I show rabbits and poultry. It's not extremely busy because they're in the same barn. I enjoy poultry more than rabbit, partly because a lot of the rabbit parents are the ones that want to win so bad that they force their children to do it.

I am going to be the poultry and rabbit Junior Leader, so I want to make our meetings more fun, and have some in the winter, rather than just in late spring and summer before fair. Our meetings, we just go over showmanship. I would like to do some games and stuff, so maybe I will do a presentation on exhibition quality poultry, and maybe do a workshop like somebody said.
