Whew! Today has been good coop wise. We got the roof on, although we have to get one more corrogated panel to have a little overhang on either side. Got the primer/sealer on and got one of the roosts in!

ALSO JOON LAID HER FIRST EGG EVER TODAY! During all the jigsawing, circular sawing and hammering in a very odd place. She laid on the top of the nestbox UNDER the tarp that is over their coop and nestboxes on either side. LoL! I didn't disturb her though. 2.1 ounces!! Whew! She was tiiiired and thirsty after lol!
On a sadder note, my dark brahma is not feeling well and I am real worried about her. She just started being real lathargic abou three days ago, but no other symptoms, eating and drinking until today. Today she has not been well, so I made her comfortable and hopefully she will stay comfortable and peaceful through the night. She is just coming out of a molt also, and it is very damp, cold and foggy here most of the day. I am just letting her rest, and hoping she will pull through. She was healthy and had a strong immune system before, but I think the molting weakened it a little. I don't know, and the rest of the girls are totally fine.
So today has been a real rollercoaster as you can see. Here are some pictures of progress today on the coop!
