Amy, the pinkish toned with an almost purple over tone are buffs or lilac here. The possible lavender has a different bill, and the blue looks kinda confederate blue.

They are all out in the sun today. When I get back from getting the teen at school will seperate out and get pictures.


Marty, we are in city water and have 3 extra large kiddie pools, 3 small kiddie pools, 3 extra small kiddie pools, 8 black cement mixing pans, plus the pools for the playpen babies. Our bill still isnt over 60/month even in summer when we are filling the pools daily, and keeping the people pool swept and filled.

Color on the bill indicates some color on the baby. Now what color

Not Lavender, you don't have the combo for it (that I can remember)

I would vote buff and female, because your female is buff. Was she breed to a grey gander? If so, then it is most likely a buff female.

Thx Marty!

If its anything like last year, I will be buried in Toulouse soon, but I really wanted more sebs. Hoping the one goose stays on her nest because I really don't wnat to buy another incubator th.gif

 I hear ya!  I've got 3 running right now, and I'll be glad to get this hatch season over.  I've been doing this for 3 monthes straight now.

Ooh I missed that post. The one I hatched inside isn't from the buff saddleback girl- the egg was too small. The other eggs- hard to tell. I have splash geese  and lav and white ganders...Unless a toulouse snuck one in- but I thought they would look like toulouse if that was the case?

Oh that changes everything then. If not from the buff girl. Do you have a grey goose? Was she with the Lav gander?

Could it be from a toulouse under a white gander? The toulouse pretty much kept to themselves though.
