This is my first time raising ameraucannas. They are 9 months old and all have red combs, except my rooster Lefty does not. he has a very pale pink comb. He also is not mating with any of his ladies and his poop is always yellow in color. I know this because he always sits on the same spot on his perch every night. He seems fine otherwise. He eats well, is very active and comes to me every day and sits on my shoulder. Could he be vitamin deficient, not sexually mature, or ill? Does anyone have any ideas. I would appreciate the help.
