my thoughts exactly. I don't understand those words used together in a sentence. wink.png

I'm always shocked how people take something typed on a forum so personally :) If I say it here I have done it. No Bull poop from me. I'm not arguing, I'm stating what I see in MY flock of 10 years.I'm NOT P.C. If that offends please just block me :)

Ducks like water lol That and mud. tongue.png

Well mine love my deck. Not sure why. It's really cute to see them peering in the window.

Oh and the love hiding in the flowers. Not sure what the flowers are called but they hang out near the garden/deck on a regular basis.

Don't mind the rooster. He thinks he's a duck, therefore he is a duck. Don't question his species!

Hey everyone!! Boy has it been a while! Summer is soo busy!

I have good/bad news! Bad news is all 4 of Gracies chicks died within their 3rd week of life..... hit.gif Good news is I come back from a Guatemala Mission Trip only to find the person taking care of my chickens didnt gather any eggs so Miss Henrietta is broody again!! I triedd moving her last night...fail.... so I put the eggs under her this morning in her nest of choice. Its so hot I dont like her sitting but she is sooo determined, she will sit on a empty nest! roll.png

Anyways, hopefully we will have some babies in 3 weeks! wee.gif

I am a chicken fanatic!

    I love them all!

Along  with any animal!

I have stopped trying to post all my chickens on here because I have now come to the point where I have to many to post!!

Anyways, I have Serama eggs for sale. (Limited Availablility.)

10 more days before my babies hatch can't wait

Well, my hatch has started! So far I've got two blue Silkie babies and two more pips! Not sure whats going to happen with the final egg... Momma had pushed it half out of the nest yesterday and it was cool to the touch. I'm assuming maybe she knows something I don't about that one but it didn't smell or anything so I popped it back under her just in case. It's interesting to see that I've got two blues so far... My Silkie pen has two white girls (one not laying yet) and at the moment has a white roo and a blue roo. Clearly mister blue roo has been the more successful daddy! What is interesting is that I think this must mean that the underlying color of my white Silkie girl must be Blue, Black, or Splash. I'm going to have to pose that question in the breeding section! It will be interesting to see what color the final two are.

Me, the boyfriend, and 15 chickens so far... Also 3 cats, 2 dogs, 3 horses, an Alligator Lizard, and an Albino California King Snake.

I just got too close to my newest broody hatch and got flogged lau.gif. My dark blue Sumatra took her lil ones out. I counted 9, not sure if there are more as she attacked me not once, but twice wink.png. Good girl bow.gif love.gif

That is 3 hatches in the last 5 day with at least 25 confirmed new fuzzy butts!
