I am wondering if my EE found a place to lay somewhere... I got that pale pink egg and then the next day a soft shell but nothing since then... Odd?

Darn it.  Now I want to go home and love up my birds before they go to bed.  When I'm covering the shop like this I don't get home until after 6 PM and they've already gone to roost... I miss them when I don't get off at 3 PM like usual! sad.png

So I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Rising Star and RR for the help... I just love my trio, they got to go to work with me today and one of the women had never seen chickens up close. She took tons of pictures to send all her friends in Calif. it was so cute.

They are happy in one of the rooms I have in my garage ( goat milk room #2) until tomorrow or Sat. Have someone fl.gif I hope getting all my Sussex's. Husband wasn't will with me but when I told him my heart was for the English Orps he said OK, I just want you to be happy. The others can go than.  I'm one lucky woman today... This weekend could be another thing....

Had a very nice but all too brief visit with pettech and her DH today. Her DH seems like such a nice guy I am still trying to figure out he got stuck with such a brat as Julie. cryingwithlaughter.gif  I mean really she stole the 7 AmB  and 3 RIRB eggs that I had been collecting to hatch. And she stole a jar of my "gold" and put it in DH's pocket so he would get blamed for it. lau.gif  gig.gif

Oh yes chasing the chicken, not as bad as the time last year at the Monroe show with 4312 and a BCM, it took us a bit to get that bird. Poor 4312 she was great with getting her will never forget that.

That's funny about what the guy said. I do egg swaps like that and one time I half expect a Police officer to stop me and see what I'm doing.. Oh officer please its just chicken eggs really hide.gif. That or when I meet people for my goat milk soap too in parking lots..
