

I don't have a winch and a block never entered my mind. It's all moot now with the rot we found. (my #1 son and I) So it's back to the original plan of building a brand new structure. I'll have to rethink my floor plan for the girls and hopefully I will begin to lay it out tomorrow or Tues at the latest. I only have the 8 RIR and don't plan any more for right now, but I know how that goes just from being on this forum. So I want a little room for expansion.
And that is why I said "how far do WE need to move this..." I am kind of alone wolf and do lots of this kind of stuff alone. It's all about work smarter not harder.
Also since yer gonna build a coop and you only have 8 birds. Build the coop/run for a few more. Like say oooooooh maybe 32. It's chicken math!

I would bring lunch just to watch the two of you guys move the shed.
