That is absolutely amazing !!!!!  Fascinating ! I wonder if it would work as well for Plantar issues ? (in the foot) ?

As soon as they fly up & drop the egg, it will smash & be gone...empty.

Crows will either drop an egg from heights or use a stone to crack it & then lite, and enjoy the contents.

If there are no contents in this case they may give up.

Not poisoned, but give up cuz the eggs have no food inside after the crack them !

If you have marked these "special eggs" someway, do it discreetly, as they've very good eyesight.

We used to love to watch them steal walnuts & fly up high & drop them to get them to crack on the road.

Then one day DH called me outside to watch 1 crow (with an audience on the power lines) grabs a walnut, hops on the road right perfect where a car's tires would run, and set down the walnut then flew off on the side of the road to observe.

Shortly a car came along & ran over the walnut & all the birds flew down to eat, shortly followed by the audience once again flying up to the wire & the host placing yet another walnut in the same spot, and sure enough a car ran it over.

This scene repeated for days during the fall walnut harvest.

Birds are way to smart.Norway rats & crows/Ravens will take over someday !

Himself was going to shoot them, but they have a really crafty lookout guy, who hides in the trees and he's the one you are supposed to shoot first. The spotter crow. Oh well, hope the poison works.

I  don't know about the foot. I had an issue with the Plantar facia about 4 years ago. It became inflamed and that was very painful. Couldn't hardly walk. The podiatrist (sp?) gave me a shot in each foot and then I did the cold-hot water dip. Finally the inflamation went away. Hope I never have that again.

talked with RFF earlier on FB. She was getting snow. It has rained like crazy all day here. Hard to get out at all and see the birdies. She seems to be doing well.

Remember CR is at his "yard sale". I hope that went well for him.  what is Jerry's?

yeah, wear the correct shoes, no flip flops, we were not meant to walk flat footed, we were meant to walk on the ball of the foot.

Like look at a dog's or cat's foot.

It does indeed hurt like heck !!

Immobilizes !

I had achilles tendenosis, way far past tendonitis....and doc was talking surgery & taking a tendon from elsewhere to put in & scrape the achilles to take the adhesion off...was like a walnut on the hell which moved up & down as the tendon did,,,hurt BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then I fell & ripped several tendons out of my knee (November) and within days...my achilles tendons were perfect..............was the immobilizer boot they made me wear toes to hip...

That and finally my immunal system had other things to chew on.

I had that a few years back, got a shot and than I played baseball and tore everything. Had to wait 2 days to see the Dr, he told me that after the shot if it didnt get better he was going to do sugery. He said good thing he didnt need to do it now since I did what he was going to do. So a few days later I went to another Dr just to ck, he said no you didnt do that and sent me for a MRI  well yes I did and I also tore everything in my ankle while I was at it. It took over a year befor I could really walk again. Than one day I went of the steps and tore it all again.. But hay it doesnt hurt any more. Dont every want to go back there to that>.
