During the spring and summer months, I make sport with my pellet gun of the english sparrows, starlings, magpies, and try the crows.  (they are pretty smart)

As so I thought....the big deal is shooting a gun in city limits...county is diferent, and every county may be diferent as well.

Well,             Turkeys are pipping right on schedule.................

DH is on his way home................asking for a steak for dinner.LOL

Funny story, first night he stayed at his Dad's...and Dad's new GF (yes he has a GF !!!!!!!!!!!)

next night he drove to daughter #4's and she cooked spaghetti.......and the next day he drove to daughter #2's and guess what she had cooking ?

You guessed it, spaghetti...................

Then the next day all 3 of them drove to San Francisco to daughter #1's and she thankfully had mad hot turkey sandwiches & baby greens salad...................DH WAS SO GLAD TO NOT HAVE SPAGHETTI !!!!!!!

So when he called this morning I said we were having Spaghetti when he got home he said NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!!!! Please make me a steak & tater !!!

So I went out & got him a steak out of the freezer this morning in a hail storm !!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Dang weather !!!!!!!!!!   

CR~~~~~~~~~ Wish you could go to the dump with us, they have so much stuff there you could use to make your art.

Next time we go I will get the guy's phone number & I can call him and ask him to save certain items.

I have done so before, asked him for dual paned windows, fence wire...5-gal buckets in good shape....he is pretty good about grabbing & saving stuff I ask for.

But besides that, he will let you walk around & get stuff.

There is friges, ovens, lawn mowers, weed wackers,fans, TV trays, TVs, bar- b-ques computers you name it !

I will look for propane & other tanks too.

I was amazed at the nice things people throw out !

DH got a really nice hardcase gun case for a long gun.....cost about $75 at least, at cabelas' !!

I am really hoping they all hatch out today & do not drag into tomorrow cuz I have just 2 hatching bators, this one full of T eggs...and Monday I have to lockdown the 5 doz eggs in the big bator...........I should have waited 1 more day to set these...my timing has been so off this spring !   

I feel like standing by the bator & telling them "Come on peeps ! Hurry !!!!! Hurry !!!"
