Oh dont get a buck there are so many bucks out there that you can use. Plus I have to see people think they need them only to really hate them becasue they smell so bad and than off to the sale's barn they go.

Ya know people keep saying that, and my buck must not be as strong as others, he has a "different" smell, but, it's not strong?? And it really isn't that noticeable till you get right up next to him?? Even at the end of breeding season he wasn't bad??  Maybe I have a weird buck??

Well of course ! ! !   It's because ya live where there isn't enough rain for the smelly's to grow!

I dunno, sounds to me like you have the GOLDEN buck!

Does he have horns? A lot of people will descent their bucks when they disbud. They use the iron to burn off the scent glands located right behind the horns. So if he's been disbudded there is a chance he was also descented.

But most of the smell is from the buck thinking his beard is on fire and trying to put it out !  old.gif lau.gif

that's not good. What brand is it. I took the Farm Inv one I got back last fri it was doing that same thing. So I went and got a new LG and ck the temp than put the fan it. So far so good. Did you ck the temp before you put the fan in? Can you take it back and tell them it wont hold the temp and get a different one?

Oh you know how small my hubby is, Fusion uses him as a play toy. I use to tell hubby not to play like that with him because when he got big it wouldn't be so funny any more. Well now when Fusion gets out I just throw Hubby in the yard and Fusion will chase him right back into his pen. Its great. Poor hubby doesn't think so. One year I got a Togg Buck from OR and that guy I couldn't turn my back on because he would mount me. Now stop laughing it wasn't funny, but dear hubby sure thought it was.. Talk about Smell it was BAD.sickbyc.gif

Yep, Mom was 1st gen Pole, my maternal grandparents came to the US in 1905. How's this; My jaja, was in the Czar's Army, a Polock and he played the French Horn. Actually he was quite a musician and my Grandmother also played the piano as did my Mom. I inherited the desire to play music and love trying, but alas, my talent does not match my desire.

My grandparents settled in Pittsburg, Pa and my mom and dad finally moved to Baltimore, Md which is my home town.

Loads of fun and some great deals!
