Renee have you tried the Shakeology sample for a breakfast yet? We've been doing it a while and are convinced it's right for us! We decided to become Beach Body coaches and now we can sell any of the workout programs (heard of P90X, Insanity, etc...) and the shakes.

I don't use artificial light in winter.  Nor do I heat my coop.  I still had decent egg production from the girls who started to lay in late fall.

I do not plan to use lights this year either.

No.  I don't have a sample to try.  I looked online for ingredient info, but couldn't find it.  Many of their recipes have ingredients I'm allergic to, but I don't know about the shakes themselves.  I'd need to double-check all the different names for "egg" off my egg allergy list.

Is that stuff really $19.95 for four single serving packets?

There's no way I'd be interested in that.  I'm not a big shake fan, anyway.  Usually too many chemical names in the ingredient list.

No, we get them for about $3/serving or day. It's WELL worth it. Also...NO chemicals in Shakeology. You can look through all the ingredients and there's nothing but good stuff. thumbsup.gif

Jessica, I finally found the ingredient lists.  Both shakes contains cinnamon powder, mushrooms and grasses, all of which I'm allergic to.  I can't drink those.

They do live around here; they live in evergreen or deciduous forests and tend to be in areas with low human activity.  How big was it?  I'm glad your girls are safe!
