Anyone order from Farwest hatchery out of Oregon??

Elmira, Eugene is okay too, and I would LOOOOOOOVE getting Lavender orpington bantams this year.

After talking with Terry MONTHS several times months ago, I sent Farwest Hatchery documentation for the third time proving that I am NOT one of the people he thinks are trying to rip him off with ficticious claims and still have not recieved any responce.

I sent a copy of the order, my credit card bill and proof of the credit card company not recieving a refund!

Hmmmmmmmmmm still no responce. NO phone numbers going through. No returned mail.

I feel I have done more than what any reasonable person would do.

Farwest will you PLEASE return a letter of responce atleast?

If anyone out there is thinking about ordering from Farwest Hatcheries "think twice" After a year of fighting with Farwest over a refund the owner Terry never sent, I have given up. Terry called me last year stating all these "scum bags" where trying to rip him off with fictitious claims. Only after I told him I was one of them supposed scum bags, did Terry ask why I had posted my comments on this website. I told him I never received the chicks or a refund. Terry than said he would look it up and check, he told me my account was refunded in April and he could send me proof, which he NEVER did! As you can read in my post, I have made numerous attempts at resolving this issue that Terry promised to send a refund with interest included to make it "right" but he never did. I sent documentation three different times proving my credit card account never received a refund, I have recieved no response back, no phone calls, no refund..... This company is NOT a honest company.
Terry had the nerve to call me a friend and said he considers all customers his friends. Well if this is how he treats his FRIENDS, than I would hate to see how he treats his enemies!

Its now 2015, and Farwest has lied about refunding its customers...... they have also pulled their facebook page. Forget ever using this inept & fraudulent company - ever! They have taken customers $$ and never delivered. Multiple complaints in many venues.....

So true, I checked with better business bureau and they had a F rating, probably due to these issues. Their Facebook page gave a bogus non functional phone number. There was people who definitely got screwed out of there money. Anyone wants information from me to prove that I got screwed by Farwest hatchery can have it upon request!

Believe it or not - I got a surprise in the mail from FarWest Hatchery today: a refund check with interest! I haven't deposited it yet, and it took years to get, but I am pleasantly surprised they are trying to make things right after so long. Gotta give them kudos for still trying to correct the problems and issues of years ago.
