chickenlickin8, that looks like a cockerel. Too much red in the comb for a pullet at 7 weeks.

Can anyone guess at my chicks?  Illia you around?  :)  I have 4 EE's, from a local farm, 4 weeks old.

1. is the lightest, cream with orange speckles.  She was a grey/pale yellow chick

2. is second lightest, orange and grey mostly

3. medium chick, very little orange.. mostly tans and browns

4. brown/black chick

I was thinking I lucked out and got all pullets with how they were filling in but then I read that most males begin showing with black feathering in on the chest and throat- which #4 is.  #3 the most unremarkable chick also has slightly more comb development.  All are pea-comb.  Any thoughts?  Thanks for any help!!

LOVE that daddy rooster, a handsome fella, but no, he won't create sex-linked kids. He is indeed splash based though; a splash wildtype BBR (duckwing)
Ty but did you mean the 2 light ones or the 2 dark ones? I was thinking the 1 gray head cream with tan lacing in the wings is a hen??? that"s a rooster too?
he!! then they are all roosters.......................... argggggggggggggggg TY very much though for looking. I was praying the 1 at least was a hen and such a unique color with the cream and tan lacing whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa hit.gif
Thanks again Kim

The black and white boldly marked one and the dark reddish one are boys, I meant,

As for the recent EE pics shown, most of those are a wee bit young for me personally to sex, however Coco is a boy. Likely Freya too. Nice name btw.

ah darn.  Well I've suspected since Coco was 1 day old he was a roo so no big shock there esp. with the pics of the bird shown just above mine that turned into dinner lookin' just like him.  LOL  Freya I was starting to wonder about when I noticed her comb looking a bit more pronounced today.  Only time will tell the story I suppose.  I would like to keep one roo, hopefully one of them will be a good fit for the flock.  Guess Freya might need a name change. Thanks, I love the name too.

I found the picture I was looking for on my computer of coco from the front:
