. It's important to google what chickens can't eat. You'd be surprised.

http://www.fresheggsdaily.com/2013/01/benefits-of-molasses-for-your-flock.html

notice it says molasses should not be given to baby chicks. but Nutri-drench is great for them. http://www.nutridrench.com for chicks: one drop by mouth per chick. repeat as needed every 8-10 hours until perky. mix 2ml Nutri-drench per gallon. I feed it to the chicks for the 1st 2 weeks to get them off to a strong start.

This product does not need to be digested. It mainlines directly into the bloodstream. Measureable in 30 minutes with 99% utilization. All natural, created by a US cattle breeder under 2 US patents. Just a wonderful product. Have used it on my collies and poultry for over a decade.

 Best,

 Karen

Walt Boese strain and Tewart flock of Pure English  Light Sussex

My flock now resides with Farmer Karl in PA.

I know he will do well by them. Karl is a knowing poultry man.

RIP Hellbender, my friend. Good friend, good heart, gone too soon.
