Pierce County Council is moving to ban all poultry on properties of less than two acres. This would effect all of unincorporated Pierce County.

Hearing is being held tomorrow, March 22 at 8:30 am at the Pierce County Annex, 2401 S. 36th Tacoma, WA

You would think they would have better things to do; jobs, jobs, jobs and maybe...I dunno know maybe create some jobs.

OMG, has anyone heard anything about this?

My neighbor is threatening to take me to court if i don't get rid of my ducks and chickens.
I had called about unincorporated pierce before and they said i can have chickens/ducks.

Pierce county is ridiculous. I could see if you lived in downtown Puyallup. Makes me laugh that every time theres a road problem or something like that, you call puyallup for help and they tell you, you have to get ahold of "Pierce County". Not the city of Puyallup, but they think they can have something to say about unincorportated Pierce county.
