yes this should be fun more the merry.

i am incubating call ducks, fawn and white runners, trout runners, and goose eggs all together.

i am useing a seperate lg for hatching. i do staggered hatching.
i have one LG for chickens 30% or less humdity and duck LG runs at 50-65% humdity. and seperate hatcher used for both.

Mom  To 2 1/2  Year Old Little Girl and mother hen to  13 silkies,12 b/b/s copper marans, 7 Amerucanas,6 crested/non  blue and black swedish ducks, 5 NN bantams, 5 dwarf goats , 3 runner ducks, 3 call ducks, 3 fat Cats,  2 sizzles  , 1 Douple Dapple Miniature Dachshund and one parakeet On 3 Acres

darn, your gonna have your hands full..or should I say brooders full. How many total you got hatching over what time lenghth

Oh did you get those trout runners off Ebay. I was ging to but Im going to wait untill my Holderreadsorder comes in and grows out a bit to see what I can keep out of it. Ill be keeping the girls and maybe 2 drakes total, and I did promise someone 2 females if I had any to spare.

Got more Dewlap eggs to set shortly and also may have the chance for some Sebastopol eggs. I should resist the Sebastopol really as the Dewlaps are more than enough.  Help Help the urge is getting stronger droolindroolindroolin

all the fawn andwhite runners are for sale easter hatch    april 21    22 eggs  i sell locally on craigslist

calls  april  14   13 eggs  maybe keep 2

calls april 4  9 eggs  selling all

trout 9   april 16    9 eggs  keeping all

goose  april  21   11 eggs  only plan on keeping 3  of these

yes i  building more brooders i have 4 already lol

i am made a promise to my self to hatch all my call eggs this year i am keeping an egg chart for my calls this year. right now my calls are out laying all my birds.

still waiting for eggs from my new chinese geese.

yes i got the trouts off ebay from MO they are from holdreads stock. they have green eggs just like my calls.

i wanted  Toulouse  eggs but couldnt find any locally. cant even find any adults locally. geese prices are going through the roof locally because of spring and breeding season.

i really like the tufted  Toulouse.

There's time yet for eggs as I've an older female and 2010 buff Dewlap thats not started laying yet.  Also my 2010 exhibition Rouens are just sitting by the pond getting fat and lazy, not a sign of an egg from them rant

Hoping to hear if those Sebastapol eggs are available this evening.  Hope the lady's sold the lot and placed temptation out of my way otherwise I'll just have to sneak them into the incubator and pretend they're Dewlaps for as long as I can get away with it!!!!! hide   smack

Oh sorry, missed your post.  Incubation period is usally 28 to 31 days depending on breed smile
