What I have read is to best store them where the temp is on the cool side, pointy side down, and if you could where there is bit higher humidity, as in a basement. I also saw something on here that you can put the egg carton on a stack of books on one end, so the carton is close to a 45 degree angle. I try 3 or 4 times a day to change ends. This should do the job. When collecting eggs that will be incubated later - how do you care for the eggs until they go into the incubator?
I've been told to keep them in an egg carton small end down. I've been told to turn them several times a day. How do you turn an egg that is sitting in a carton? Just give it a twirl????
