I know no one has posted on this in a while, but thought I'd share something I just found
I used a dozen eggs, 1 tsp of soda, and a brick of cream cheese. Baked it solid in a 21 x 15 cookie sheet and cut into squares.
I ate my first grilled cheese sandwich in nearly 15 years and it was great!!!! I am freezing some slices to see how good it is after thawing. (the paper liner is a MUST, I learned on my first attempt!!)
