Well, I would do it the same way I did the rabbit, hold them by their feet and put the muzzle right up against the head.

Wendy, chemist, mama to 4 human children, a crazy Husky/Australian Shepherd cross dog, a cat, several fish, bunnies, 17 goats, and our ever growing flock of chickens, ducks, turkeys, and geese.

My oldest son is breeding BBS Orps! Looking for breeding stock!

I am trying to talk DH into meat rabbits.  I even offered to do all the butchering.

He says he is probably willing to raise some rabbits, but not so sure he could eat them.  The big softy  (6'4" and 280 lbs) ! lau.gif

Granted, they had a pet Dutch rabbit when they were kids, and he was pretty attached to it.

When we lived in WI, we hunted rabbit every fall.  He loves to eat "wild" rabbit, he just doesn't think he could eat a pet one.

I'll bring him around eventually.

They're not pets they're livestock.
