I have been using pads Maxi pads , cause they say they hold moisture lol and well they do...... But if I can get a hold of some baby jars I would try that too I imagine it takes less space.

I tried the maxi pad when I hatched ducks. It dried out almost immediately. It kinda sucks living in the desert when hatching. Otherwise I love it.

I just go to Mc Donalds and take their straws LMBO and then put the straw through the air vent and spit water not hot water but room temp water onto the pads as they dry out, and it keeps the temps level, and the humidity up.

I guess I'd say I'm more experienced than someone who has never even seen a chicken hatch, yes. Lol. I still have no idea how to prevent quitters, and such.
