Awesome! I will pass on these for now. I had Cayugas for a couple years. They are very hardy ducks! smile

so if I understand this right, anyone else can now take the cayugas eggs since you passed . what ever is offered, you have first choice. so if you take these, we start all over with a new opening offer-correct?

Yup! I just was tired of being passed over in other swaps after offering something, having someone take it and then missing out on eggs. tongue

The way I take is that if she takes the offer, she has to offer eggs and looses her place in line.. then pidgey will have first choice.. and so on.

If she doesn't take the offer, she has first chance at the next offer.. then pidgey has second chance, and so on down the line.

Silkies, Cornish bantams, Large Fowl mixes, Coturnix, Bobwhite quail, Chukars, pheasants.. Always looking for something new to hatch!

Sort of...

I have already offered eggs and someone took them. Then that person offered eggs, which I have passed on for now. But I am still owed eggs.

SQ Black Cayugas are the current offer.

So if someone takes those, I will get first "dibs" on whatever the person who takes the Cayugas is offering. If I pass then I'm still "first-in-line" for the next go 'round.

I wanted to add--that I won't have to offer more eggs if I find something I like. We will start all over again--otherwise, I'll always be "first-dibs!" lol
