Rico, Henrietta, Olivia, Lola, Bertha, Olga, Juanita, and the rest of the juvenile flock all send their congratulatory "bock bock"s.

They suggested we go wine tasting on Sunday to take a break and celebrate.

Hopefully I will have the keys by Saturday morning, because I have made an appointment with D Fence Man at 11:00 in the morning!

When making the appointment, I got into an interrupted "half conversation" situation with D Fence Man.  He said, "Well, I'm busy tomorrow... and Friday, well, how about Saturday?"  I had been JUST about to ask him if he did estimates on the weekend, so that made me re-group to ask, "What time is best for you, as long as it's not really early in the morning."  He said, "Oh, morning or afternoon."  I said, "Eleven? or would you prefer ten?"  He replied, "in the morning?"  I started to think on that, wondering what was wrong with the inquiry?

After a pause, he chuckled, "Well, you wouldn't mean eleven at NIGHT, now, would you?  I'm sorry - eleven is good."

So, anyway, those keys better darn well be ready for me by then.  Although I suppose I can get fence estimates without going into the house......

Tonight, directly after I get off work, I am driving Up The Hill to my house.  Escrow closed!  The title will be recorded this afternoon ABSOLUTELY for sure (special trip to ensure it, by the title company gal).

I will pick up my keys, go inside to flip switches on and off, tear down the stuff in the windows, unload the back of my RAV4, and then head Down the Hill to where I currently reside.   I didn't expect this until tomorrow, so I don't have a lamp to put in a window (on a timer, to make the house look more occupied) stuffed into the back of my car today.  I was gonna put one in the car tonight, in anticipation of an ownership visit tomorrow evening.

It's MINE!!  I am a home-owner!
