does anyone have pictures of 7 week old bronze breasted turkey poults?? or at least close to that age???? i bought birds from someone, and they say their bronze breasted turkeys. to me theses birds look nothing like turkeys. it looks like one male and 3 female, whatever they are. the sooner i find out, the better........any help would be greatly appreciated......pics would be great!! thank you in advance!!

Oh man I was just gonna ask if it was a heritage breed and where I could get some eggs lol.

Sorry my Bronze breasted are only a week old so can't help with pics there. Hope you find out. Also could you post a pic and maybe we could ID them?
 
I have never heard of bronze breasted.

Broad Breasted Bronze are a double breasted turkey that does not breed naturaly.

Standard Bronze turkeys are a heritage turkey that repoduces natualy.

Both are the same color, different size.

how big do the standard bronze turkeys get. that's probably what they are. i don't know. i am totally new to the turkey thing. i've raised and hatched out hundreds of chickens, but never turkeys. the lady that i got these so called turkeys from, said they will get between 20 and 30 pounds. to me, they just don't look like turkeys, and even the one has a comb like a rooster. i feel like an idiot. i just hatched out a couple bourbon red turkeys, and well, they actually look like turkeys. that's what got me thinking about the bronze turkeys. i will see if i can get pictures of them, and post them. they are about 7 weeks old now.
