If your willing to share, about how much did you spend on building your duck hut DarkWolf? I'm thinking of building a hut around that size also!
 
Love your design and seriously considering it for myself. My daughter is having a hard time wrapping her head around the coop being elevated on a pallet. Her question is won't that make the coop colder in winter due to added air flow?

My duckhouse is built on joists set on preformed concrete deck piers. We have very cold winters (down to -15F), so I installed a double floor with rigid foam insulation between them.
