Comb looks cockerel to me. It's very pronounced and colorful already. And do I detect some pointy saddle feathers coming in? Anyway cockrel is my vote.

If it was born late Feb early march, that is definately a roo.  It has a bigger comb at that age than my araucana hens as adults.  There is also red coming in on the shoulders which is another roo indicator.  If the bird was maybe 5 months I would possibly say pullet cause it is a cross.

The redness and pronounced look of the comb indicates rooster, but I'm not positive yet. Since the bird is still about 2-3 months old, It still has it's juvenile plumage. When it molts, it will show the saddles/hackles. but it doesn't have them quite yet...
