Two unique eggs in one day

Thread Starter

I realize these aren't that interesting compared with some of the crazy eggs I've seen here, but I thought it was interesting that I got two non-average eggs in one day.

The olive one is pretty easy to see the weirdness.

The other one looks tie dyed- the lightest part is a seafoam green, with it fading into the same olive as the bottom egg by the time it gets around to the other side.

Fun!

Anyone else want to share their unique finds?

Thanks for sharing.  Those are pretty eggs.  Wonder what the blemish is on the olive colored egg?

Looks like with the olive colored egg, that's just how the egg broke away from the ovaduct.  Weird and neat at the same time. smile

Oh wow!!! How pretty!!  Such lovely colors!

I'm a brand new chicken mom and I just harvested my first egg this morning.  It was just a plain ole brown egg but I sure was proud of it.

If I had pretty eggs like yours they would sit in the fridge for a while so I could show them off!!! LOL
