Meat and Eggs - Progress of 8 week olds.

Thread Starter

Here's what I've gotten so far from my 8 week old birds.  Started with 20 and ended up with 10 girls and 10 boys.  Culled and processed 8 boys tonight.  I've gotten 4 eggs so far.  I hope for more now that the ratio of boys\\girls has gotten better.

How do you cook yours?  Would love some suggestions.  Am considering raising some quail for meat and some cooking suggestions would be very welcome.
