Okay, best guesses on who's male???
The only one I KNOW for sure is the white one w/ the big comb.
I suspect the blue one too.
My best guesses are 1, 3, and 6
how do you tell on a black combed bird?

Bill - Sooner and Lil Sooner delivered the display board. I'm stunned! It looks like it belongs in the foyer of a corporate bank. What can I bring you to POOPS to say, "O.M.G. That's too incredibly nice of you!"
You are most welcome :-) And no worries at all, I'm just glad that you're happy with it and it will be used, I have a cool Nanny goat that's given me a little buckling and hours of entertainment LOL as well as the duckies so I'm good I have a few more of them too if anyone needs one for the same sort of thing I told Monty but I'm thinking he isn't picturing what it really is LOL I guess I could get a bunch of push pins and fill one up with scissors since my last display got a tad damp from setting out in the weather...

Reminds me of a story about a young man who visited his grandfather on the farm.
They had breakfast and he offered to help his grandfather clean up the kitchen.
"Nope, you go explore and I use coldwater to clean them."
Lunch, same thing.
When the young man started to leave his grandfather's dog would not let him near his car.
He called to his grandfather " Your dog won't let me leave."
Grandfather yelled "Coldwater git back on the porch!"
That is too funny!! LOL

I have at least one chick hatched under one of my broody hens hoping that the rest of the eggs will hatch, I only poked under her till I found the first one there could be more she wasn't liking being messed with today so gave her a break LOL I got to show off my little farm today everyone was on their best behavior except Goosey and he was in a mood I guess giving the stink eye to our guest and even biting and I never saw him do that before I guess he's starting to think of himself as a goose these days...
Sounds like Goosey is gonna be a guard bird. Daughter had a friend with a guard turkey growing up. Tom would go full feather spread any time a vehicle came in the drive and would stand at the car door making a boom sound until he was told OKAY. He was huge!!!
He wasn't trying he was biting,
Carla said it didn't hurt but it looked like a good pinch though, He still needs to be picked up every now and then LOL He is my protector in the yard he does a better job than Princess
You made me laugh with this one!
It really didn't hurt, no bruises, see? *lol* Besides, I could tell Goosey was protecting you from the strange woman that just showed up outta' nowhere. The rest of you should have seen the serious stink eye he was giving me! It was funny! I have met guard gooses before, so I kinda knew what to expect but I had to try to say hello to him anyway. He didn't just bite for no reason, I squatted down and held my arm out next to him to see if he was comfortable with me being so close. Evidently not! My SIL's dad had a guard turkey like NanaKat described and we had to stay in the car whenever we went over until he got Tom out of the way. It was always entertaining at the least. The rest of Bill's critters were wonderful, Princess immediately came over and hugged on my legs, one of the goats untied my shoe and the kid is crazy adorable, the ducks showed off their pond, and I got to see the new chick when Bill discovered it... too cute!
And yes, I am Carla too, but since there was already one here before me, I'll go by Carla B. to avoid any confusion.
After you left I sat down on the wire by where he was standing he promptly sat down in front of me and tucked his head under a wing and went to sleep LOL He is just too precious and that stink eye he was giving needed to have been saved on film it was classic to say the least

For such a small bird just egg shells should be enough for them or sift the oyster shell in a tea strainer and give the bigger pieces to the LF if you have them.. I used to grind chicken feed in a blender for my meal worms and the blender I used I got real cheap at a yard sale the wife was glad I wasn't using hers she thought the chicken feed was too nasty to use her blender LOL I once set a plate of leftovers on the floor for the dog to clean up and when I wasn't looking she soaked it in bleach as if just hot water and dish soap wouldn't be able to clean off the dogs saliva
Bill, if she thought mealworms were too good for her precious blender and a little bit of dog slobber would hurt a glass plate then all I gotta say is good riddance to her! That is NO kind of woman haha
It posted twice cause the autoproofreader (or the universe in general) decided it was worth repeating LOL
Looking for young or full grown chickens in the Purcell area. Just let me know what breeds and gender they are and how much if not free.
I keep forgetting about the sales since I get my kids on the weekends.

Kass, I could be wrong but I only thought #3 was male. The others really don't even have much for wattles. Sooner probably knows better than me though.
Christina, how much you want to bet I'll love the Cochins no matter what they look like?? :-) 'Specially those girls!
Wayne, they're gorgeous! I wish I had everyone else's knack for taking care of 30 and 40 chicks at a time.
