When I was a little girl my Gma read me a scripture (somewhere in the minor prophets part I believe) that said "The tongue of the liar shall rot out"  I went to bed for a long time holding my tongue literally I was so worried it wouldn't be there in the morning, anyway I think someone needs to hold onto their tongue tonight.

Mefordz, there is no need to worry we will forget what you look like, your face is like a NN chicken once seen not easily forgotten!  gig.gif  wink.png

Bwhahahaha! Amen to that sister!!!

I knew it was you, I recognized those jeans.

I can't even look at that picture, it just seems so wrong because he's so young and I'm in my 50's haha!

Heck I am 41 and he looks like a baby to me. Of course if he has money he is about the same age as my daughter and might make a nice son-in-law. :)

This evening after mowing I was working on a new herb/flower bed that has some iris in it, but extremely neglected and was never an actual bed.  Anyway as I was trying to clean it out of runner grass and other noxious weeds I became aware that runner grass roots are sentient, they seem to know if they wrap their roots around a plant that you planted or a tree that you can't get rid of them entirely.

Had a long day. Ready for a goodnight sleep, but instead I have a bunch of chirping going on in the hatcher.
DH spent some time on the tractor last night, he was working on the weeds that the rain has encouraged. He also took out all the okra DD had planted. This weekend we will be replanting it, along with melons more green beans, tomatoes & peppers

Good to hear the test results came out well cowboy!

Wait for Carl to answer...it is one or the other. One pairing gives you more pullets and the  opposite could be more cockerels.

I have come to believe that bermuda is an alien life force that is plotting to take over the world one garden at a time.

An exhuberant man on a tractor is a danger to the garden...

Here is an update on the broodie girls

Delilah had four little chicks and Minerva has 5 possibly 6.  Depends on if the last to hatch is strong enough to make it to the dry stage.  I had to assist it out of the shell...it was shrink wrapped.
