do they huddle together? what is the poop like? try giving them vitamins polyvisol without iron, give them some egg yok also, easy to digest and something their systems are used to, also make a gruel of crumbles in their water, that way they get some nutrients

moved lea to bathroom tub aka broody nest, moved the babies out to the small coop, i swear, lea goes broody just for the attention

Exit I-40 at Choctaw Road. Go six miles north to NE 10th street. Turn left (west) Go about one half mile

to Harper street. There is a stop sign there. Turn right (North) go about a half mile to Park entrance.

The Pavilion is in the back of the Park just follow the winding road.

Wow it is quiet! Where is everyone?
Went out let some of the chickens out & the goats. Wind is really kicking, not going to try to work in the garden. Don't really like eating dirt.

DH's trainees are graduating in a few hours, poor guy is beat. He actually made it home about 330 yesterday & was asleep by 6. Glad he will have the next 8 wks to work 8 hour days & recuperate. 16-18 hour days 5-6 days a wk makes him a tad grumpy. Our calendar for May is insanely busy. We have an event in OKC every weekend. I keep saying only a 5 more yrs then both the girls will be done with school, was much easier when they were little. A trip to the library or park was an exciting day, plus the house was cleaner. I thought as the girls got older & no longer had toys then there rooms would be cleaner. Didn't realize there rooms stayed cleaner as toddlers than they ever would as teenagers. Everyone always said enjoy it while there young, I must say I would trade them back in for toddlers any day.

I was going to say vitamins and a little red cell ( a couple of drops per quart of watr) mixed with their water.

I made my husband fix ours last year because it was just sitting there with a flat tire and bad battery unused. I love that thing! Get some ear phones and music & turn it up really loud. You'll be amazed at how much faster that thing goes lol.png

Oh. And I ordered 3 aprons for the EE who had gotten her back messed up from a big cockerel breeding her. I'll be sure to post a picture lol She's lived in the back yard just hanging out for 2 months or better and wasn't growing feathers back on the bony parts of her wings on her back. I finally figured out she's pulling them out herself. I think they itch and she picks at them because of that. So she gets the coolest apron. But at least I won't have to alternate her and the cockerel (who's also a back yard pet chicken). The apron should protect her.

Sooner I can bring buns if that would be better (since someone else is bringing a fruit tray). Or I could just do one type of fruit & buns (like a watermelon or strawberries). Just want to make sure we don't have too much of one thing & the basics are covered. Lmk what is best & how many buns. I am assuming 100 hamburger buns, but just want to be sure.
