I didn't know! Oh well. If we need to trade birds or eggs again we'll know!

I'm not a fan of Purina Feeds. I buy Nutrena but I don't live in Norman.

So, I could probably keep five bantams in my little a-frame couldn't I? I mean, if someone, say michael daugherty, or someone had a red frizzle cochin bantam hen? gig.gif

Well, if I can figure this thing out, I thought I would post some pics of my sizzle chicks.  This is from my first hatch from mating my red frizzle roo with white silky hens and a black silky roo with red and black frizzle hens.  I only took pics of a couple, but it gives an idea of what they  are looking like so far.  The last one is a splash blue LF cochin chick that I think is just a doll and had to share. big_smile.png

Hello, my name is, Steven and I'm new to BYC and chickens in general. I recently purchased 10 Black Copper Marans and luckily I stumbled on this website. Lots of good information here and now I see there's an Oklahoma forum, which makes it even better. I'm located in the Blanchard area, hopefully I'll see some of y'all around.

So less money spent on feede means more for getting started on building a place to stay. I hope ot start making longer trips back there more often to work on the farm. We had a septic system put in this spring so I have a lot of rock to rake up and yard to get back into shape. I told my wife ,one of us is going back there to work just not for sure which one yet!lol.

Have a great day and hug your mother, they can leave us way to quickly and then are really missed!

Good luck on the interview!!!  Where in Oklahoma is the farm?    Well said, miss her every day.
