I really enjoy her. She was really skiddish for a while but now she runs right up to me unless I have the camera. Somehow she knows!!

I couldn't drag the girls out of bed today so we didn't make it to Anadarko. Poor Taron got up & said she wanted to go but she looked so rough I told her to go back to bed. DH has duty tonight but gets to have a 3 day weekend. It's our last weekend before he goes back to 16+ hour days working 6 days a wk. We are just going to stick around here & do some stuff for the house I think.
The ducks are very enertaining, they are inside for now.... Going to try & keep them in for at least 2 wks-- I dn want them to be snake food. They are pretty big, but I know our local snakes would still attempt to dine on them.

Well I wrote out a nice long message to share, BEFORE the computer crashed!!! I have an 18 count carton of Brown Leghorn eggs I am bringing to NEOCS, I saved them for a friend and he can't take them so maybe someone has room in an incubator!!! Pic below!!! Lynn
I just went through a few birds here, kicked out another 20 young outside to grow some more, and moved about 60 from brooders to cages. Then went and got them started with some nice fresh weeds and turnip greens from the garden.
I also added a few swinging perches for the young birds to use and get better condition as well as breast and wing muscle development. Going to be a busy day around here as I took the day off to get a few things done, may be my last day off for a few weeks, so thought I would pop in and say hello while I was taking a coffee break.
