This is ridiculous, why have a swap if so many are having silent auctions?

 Did they have mites?

Quarantine, just make sure your current birds cannot get anywhere near them or their droppings and wash yourself thoroughly before going from one set of birds to the other.

well, all i can say is wow!  got to visit with folks i dont see often, got to meet some new folks too.

coral, you did a good job, things just didnt seem to go your way. a shame when things out of your control can cause problems like they do.

watched a couple minutes of the auction, had to leave before it got to bad. people couldnt hear, and people just dont understand things sometimes.

worst part was there were 2 distinct groups of people, not sure what the deal was there.

seemed like there was a get together going on one side, and a swap meet going on the otherside.

saw some decent prices on some birds, and saw some scary prices on others.

made a sale and bought birds. saw some swappin goin on, and i am sure i didnt see a lot of what happened.not sure when all the silent auctions were ending, didnt look like they were too buissy when i left.

saw some nice birds, and saw some very nice birds.

wish i had had some mony to spend,  coulda had some 4 chicks jelly, coulda had some 4 chicks soap, couolda had a lot of good stuff! hope everyon had fun.  will post a few pics later!   kassaundra!!!!!

and dang it i missed the cootie displays, forgot all about them!
