Cool pics Joe.

Gary wants to build a garden train now so he won't have to heft the 5 gall buckets of veggies from the garden to the house.

Kass we may need details on the zuchinni noodles. I am dehydrating squash with emeralds essence on it right now. Your patty pan candy is that the squash w powder sugar?? We may need some of that too.
Buster we did sell eggs. Stayed until around noon- they advertise 1 o'clock but as temperatures rise noon is enough! Some people say they stay there all day until they sell out. We sold 90% of what we took & that was good for us.
Put out a bowl of ground cherries for tasting and everyone that was brave enough to try them liked them. Also made a good conversation starter since they are something no one has ever seen. Girls are already crawling into bed-- was a hard day being @ market then coming home to do chores for several hours.

The zuch spaghetti is ultra easy.  let you zuch get a little on the big side, take your julliene peeler peel the whole zuch until you reach the seed core give that to the chickens.  Your spaghetti is ready to baga nd freeze.  I bought my jullienne peeler online for $5 w/ shipping.  To use your "noodles" put a serving size on a plate pop them in the microwave for 2 min, top w/ your fav sauce and eat.

Squash candy is simple too.  I liked how I did it last year w/ the powdered sugar and the cinnimon, but it was always cinnimon and Gary got tired of that, so this year I am seeding and cubing, boiling (simmering really) in a pkt of kool aid and 2 cps sugar for 20 min (I cut it to 1 cp sugar) then dehydrating.  You can go crazy w/ the flavors.  To store dust w/ powdered sugar so it won't stick.

That is why we like the multicolor egg display. Draws people into conversation and we can bring up our meat birds and turks. I keep reminding DW we aren't there to sell eggs, we are there to sell meat. Eggs just help us do that.

Glad it was a good day for you and the kids. Your should be proud of your little entrepreneurs.
