Wondering about this EE?

This one is suppose to be an Easter Egger, but doesn't have the dark legs. Everytime I get a group of chicks, I always end up with one that's a rooster, and this time I'm kind of hopeful since we have no rooster right now, but not really sure. They are 8/ 8.5 weeks old. Thanks for thoughts on this one.

ETA - not a black sex link though either. Where did you get her from?

I'd say she has EE in her, she has the slate colored legs and the right color feathers. I have an EE with no muffs or beards and she lays green eggs, the single comb is iffy though...
